hey bud! has it been 3 years? dang feels like 10! I am back cheffing where i belong, i didnt stay at gc for long, they screw too many paople for my taste. The store I was at was a disgrace to foodservice! stealing, hiring mexicans right off the boat and getting the documents fixed then paying them nothing...typical rest behavior:) I work as exec chef at Duke Diet and Fitness now, loving life, hunting my tail off and making mo babies! how are you doing and I hope you dont work for them anymore! I was the whistleblower when I left:) keep in touch man!
